Refund & Cancellation Policy

** applicable to account numbers beginning with letter ‘T’

In case of cancellation, charges shall be applicable as per the below schedule:

Cancellation fees

Up till 12 hours before the expected time of pickup of the shipment

INR 500 or 25% of the invoice* value, whichever is lower

Up till 6 to 12 hours before the expected time of pickup of the shipment

INR 1000 or 50% of the invoice* value, whichever is lower

Up till 3 to 6 hours before the expected time of pickup of the shipment

INR 1500 or 75% of the invoice* value, whichever is lower

Less than 3 hours before the expected time of pickup of the shipment

No Refund

 

 

 

 

* invoice refers to MOVIN tax invoice.

  • Request for cancellation can only be initiated by the contracted party.

  • In case of a cancellation request, please send the email on support@movin.in or initiate a request on the website.

  • Refunds will only be processed onto the payment method that was used when the order was created, and into the account it was paid from.

  • A refund can take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
